Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Please contact me if you have any questions or problems with your order.

These items are handmade to order. I gladly except returns, exchanges and cancellations. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements. I can't accept returns for: Commissions, Custom or personalised orders. Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Product

Please be aware that due to the hand made process, each product is uniquely different so you can expect different variations in size, glass tint/colour and texture.

Payment

Payment for Goods must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process. 

If items are made to order or commissioned the delivery date will be agreed or specified during the order process (subject to delays outside of my control). 

Delivery

All Goods purchased through the site will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days by second class mail.
