We have a great selection of workshops to choose from whether you have a couple of hours or a whole day to spare.

A Deposit of £20 is needed each to secure the day. 

Location: One Merry Thought,  Fen road, Newton-In-The-Isle, Wisbech, PE13 5HT

Days: weekends only at the moment, or half term holidays, contact us to book in.

You have an open book really, providing it can be made within the timeframe.

Why not get a group of friends together and make a day of it, half a day or a 2 hour session.

Our sessions are fab for bridal parties too – you could even make some special wedding keepsakes!

When do you run your glass courses?

We are very flexible on when courses run. We run them on demand, mainly weekends atm. Either contact us with your availability or we can suggest dates for you. 

We keep the number of delegates small, between 1 to 6. Small groups give you maximum tutor time and a relaxed atmosphere in which to be creative.

When you book: If you are booking for yourself or a group of friends / relatives, those people will be the people on your session only

What’s included?

• Learn to cut glass
• Design several pieces (depending upon size and complexity)
• Use of all tools and equipment in our glass studio
• All materials required to complete your piece
• Firing in our specialist glass kiln.
  Typically we will tack or fully fuse your piece on one firing, then another to change the shape over a mould.
• Tea, coffee and lots of biscuits freely available to fuel your creativity
• Pieces can be collected or (posted for a small P&P fee)

2 "Hour, Glass Fusing Workshop"....£40

• Duration: 2 hours
• Times: 10:00am – 12:00 or different time slots. Discussed prior
• Beverages and Biscuits included
• Numbers: 1 to 6 people
• Price is per person

What will I make?

• This depends on the size of your projects and the speed at which you work. 

      Most people will create 2/3 smaller pieces on a 2 hour day workshop.

"Half Day Glass Fusing Workshop"....£80

• Duration: 4 hours
• Times: 10:00am – 2pm. Time slots between 10am and 5pm.  Discussed prior.
• Beverages and Biscuits included
• Numbers: 1 to 6 people
• Price is per person

What will I make?

• This depends on the size of your projects(s) and the speed at which you work. 1 medium piece and 2 smaller pieces on a half day workshop. Or a bowl shape.

  You will need to be shown the practical skills briefly. Ideally, arrive at the workshop with your ideas ready to go that way you can spend your time creating the glass piece rather than thinking about what to make. We are always happy to chat about your ideas prior the workshop and to make sure that what you want to make is feasible , – give me a call.

Full Day Glass Fusing Workshop"....£160

• Duration: 8 hours
• Times: 9am – 5pm. or 10 - 6.
• Light Lunch included: Soup and a sandwich,  including beverages and biscuits during the day. Fillings of sandwiches will need to be given prior to the day. Please advise of any allergies in advance. 
• Numbers: 1 to 6 people
• Price is per person
  

What will I make?

• This depends on the size of your projects(s) and the speed at which you work. For a full day workshop a larger piece can be created. If you decide on a small lantern, that will need to be purchased in advance, as the glass has to be removed and replaced with our clear glass. It will take you the whole workshop to design and create the four panels. Ideally, arrive at the workshop with your ideas ready to go. That way you can spend your time making glass rather than thinking about it. We are always happy to chat about your ideas prior the workshop and to make sure that what you want to make is feasible – give us a call.
