Fused glass Beach huts mounted onto Yew

A unique beach scene with white beach huts, lots of small detail added to create flags. This will be a beautiful piece for any part of your house. A lovely window piece especialy when the sun shines through it. This glass piece is designed and all pieces are cut to their shape. The piece is made of flat colour, frit, stringers and coloured ink. The piece has two layers of clear glass. The glass was fired in a high temperature electric kiln to 706 degrees. It was fired again over a mould to create its shape. The wooden plinth is made of yew, stuning colours. The glass has two metal grips holding it in place, these are screwed into the wood. The glass can be removed when needed.
